· Founded in 2006.
· Chose Luoxiu Road as set up location with totally 5 employees.
· Set up call center in Jul, 07with initially only 10 seats.
· Re-integrated the brand at the end of 2007 and focused on “permission, creation, effect and open”.
· At the beginning of 2008, established 3-year development plan of “personnel, brand and capital”
· Moved head office to Glittery Square in Xujiahui with totally 30 employees.
· Built marketing team for IT industry in Mar,2008 and signed strategic cooperation agreement with Legend.
· Put forward the service concept of “simplify the complicated marketing and do the simple things exquisitely”

· Founded SinoDMS Fund in 2008.
· Built marketing team for auto industry in Mar, 2008 and signed yearly agreement with Ford.
· Set up SinoDMS Lab in 2008.

· Signed yearly agreement with one insurance company in 2008.
· Set up marketing team for education industry in May, 2008, and signed cooperative agreement with Web and Wall Street   English

· On Aug.8, 2008, moved head office and call center to Huifeng Creation Park in Xitai Road with 80 employees
· Set up finance marketing team in Sep, 2008 and signed the agreement with Standard Bank and ABN AMRO.
· Set up FMCG business department in Oct, 2008 and signed the agreement with Boya PR Company and Dewar’s.
· Signed the cooperation agreement with Shanghai Telecom in Nov, 2008.
· Set up network marketing team in Dec, 2008 and signed the corporation agreement with Alibaba.
· Set up real estate marketing team in Dec, 2008.
